Yoinkly Website & Waitlist Terms

These terms apply when you use the Yoinkly website or join the Yoinkly waitlist. The site is operated by Yoinkly ("Yoinkly", "we", "us"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. The waitlist is free. Joining costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Leave any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

2. No promises about launch. Yoinkly is in development. We don't guarantee:

• that Yoinkly will launch;
• when it will launch;
• which radars, categories, features or regions it will include;
• what it will cost.

Any prices, features or examples shown on the site (including sample alerts) are illustrative and may change. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a beta invite.

3. Your signup. Please use your own email address and be at least 13 years old. We may refuse, remove or limit any signup at our discretion, for example duplicates, fake or disposable addresses, or automated signups.

4. Using the site. Please don't:

• scrape or overload the site;
• try to get around its security or spam protection;
• submit false information;
• use it for anything unlawful.

5. Not affiliated. Yoinkly is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, PriceCharting, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, any sports league, team, player or players' association, or any card grading company. All product names, trademarks and brands mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what you can track.

6. Information only. Nothing on the site is financial, investment or purchasing advice. Collectible prices change quickly, and you're responsible for your own buying decisions.

7. Our content. The Yoinkly name, logo and site content belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

8. "As is" and limitation of liability. The site and waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or waitlist is limited to CAD $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

10. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

11. App terms come later. These terms cover only the website and waitlist. Before Yoinkly offers paid plans, we'll publish full terms of service. They will cover subscriptions, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, alert accuracy, and acceptable use. You'll need to agree to them before you subscribe.
